Shipping policy

At this time we only ship within the United States.

Shipping and handling fees are non refundable, customer is responsible for the cost of a return label.

Items do not include warranty or insurance, buyer has the option of purchasing carrier insurance in case the item gets lost or damaged during shipping.

To purchase insurance please contact us in advance. We cannot be responsible for a lost or damaged package without an insurance policy.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

A tracking number will be emailed to you once an order is fullfiled. If an item gets lost or damaged during delivery by the carrier we will file a claim if insurance was purchase for the package. There is a protocol that the carrier follows before a claim can be started, a claim will be filed after 15 days from the initial shipping date. In some cases due to inclement weather and the package destination, a package might take longer to be delivered. USPS will not respond to a filed claim until 5 to 10 days after the claim is filed. The item will be reimbursed or replaced by "Vero's Tiendita" to the customer after the carrier determines that item was lost or damaged and the carrier finalizes the claim. Insurance can be purchased by the customer if the customer wishes to add it to their shipping purchase.
