Aurelia Clay Pot Olla / Vase

Handmade red clay vase handcrafted by artisans in Oaxaca Mexico knows as Las Mujeres Del Barro Rojo.

Approximate Measurements:

 Height 8 1/2”  inches x Diameter 8 1/2" x Top Opening 4" inches 
Approximate capacity: 5 liters

Care: Hand wash before using. Hand wash only, after washing allow to dry complete leaving it on a dish drying rack making sure there is airflow while drying. Another tip is to set them out to dry in the sun. 
Do not store when wet  

Not Microwave safe or dishwasher safe 

To cure clay

Soak it for approximately 2-4 hours.

Allow it to dry completely, ideally under direct sunlight for faster and more thorough drying.

Once the clay is fully dry, place it on the stovetop and add water.

Bring to a boil then drain water 

You’re ready to cook your beans.
